Meet Ethan Levitt: Your Asana Expert & Change Catalyst
At the helm of Levitt Consulting Group is Ethan Levitt, a seasoned professional with over fifteen years of experience helping clients get the most out of their technology investments. Ethan first discovered Asana when running implementations at Inkling, a 70-person SaaS company, where he led the effort to purchase and roll it out. He later was recruited to join the in-house Professional Services team at Asana, where he helped their biggest enterprise and strategic customers deploy and optimize Asana across their organizations.
Ethan's passion lies in helping organizations harness the transformative power of Asana to revolutionize their work processes and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Outside of work, Ethan lives a parallel life as a professional musician, having worked as a saxophonist, bassist, vocalist, and arranger in the SF Bay Area, Atlanta, Salt Lake City, and Austin for over 30 years. He is an avid skier, cyclist, and yogi, and also knows way too much about classic 1970’s Columbo episodes.

Renee James
Renee brings ten years of client and project management experience to Levitt Consulting, most recently as an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Asana.
Throughout her career, she has gathered experience managing major brands in a variety of industries. To name a few, she has experience as the Global Manager for Estee Lauder, ByteDance (TikTok), Yum Brands (PizzaHut, Taco Bell, KFC) Inspire Brands (Dunkin Doughnut, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Buc-ee's, Jimmy Johns), Wayfair, Vera Bradley, T-Mobile, John Hopkins University, Walgreens, U.S. Department of Commerce, AARP, Norton Healthcare, Epic Games and Chanel.
Fun Fact: Renee is passionate about travel and has been to the Seven Wonders of the World and all seven continents! -
Minh Tran
Minh Tran, a native of the SF Bay Area, boasts over 10 years of experience in Customer Success, strategic consulting, and project management. His consulting journey took flight at Wrike, where he served as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, specializing in work and project management. During his tenure, Minh collaborated with Fortune 100 companies such as Oracle, PWC, Intel, Sony Entertainment, Blizzard/Activision, as well as government agencies, and more.
Fueled by his passion for consulting, Minh transitioned to Asana as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, further honing his expertise in project and work management. In his previous role as Head of Customer Success at Ongo Labs, Minh had the exciting opportunity to build the Customer Success organization from the ground up.
Outside of work, Minh enjoys the thrill of racing cars, experimenting in the kitchen, capturing moments through photography, and spending quality time with his family and their adorable puppy, Milo.
